Do you ship across India?

Yes, we ship across India to serviceable PIN codes.

How long does delivery take?

Standard Shipping orders are usually dispatched within 1–4 business days. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 5–6 business days depending on your location.

Is shipping free?

Yes, Standard Shipping is free on all orders.

Do you offer Express Shipping?

Yes, Express Shipping is available at ₹200 extra. With Express Shipping, your order is dispatched within 24 hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

Does Express Shipping mean delivery within 24 hours?

No. Express Shipping means faster dispatch within 24 hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Delivery after dispatch usually takes 5–6 business days depending on your location.

Will I get a tracking link?

Yes, you will receive a tracking link on your email once your order is dispatched.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or dispatched. To request cancellation, email us as soon as possible at garrariindia@gmail.com with your order details.

Can I change my size, color, or address after placing the order?

Changes can be requested only before the order is processed or dispatched. Please email us as soon as possible at garrariindia@gmail.com with your order details and the required change.

What should I do if I entered the wrong address?

Please email us immediately at garrariindia@gmail.com with your correct address. If the order has already been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Payments

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

No, we do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders on Garrari are prepaid.

What payment methods can I use?

You can complete your order using the available prepaid payment options at checkout, which may include UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets.

Sizing & Fit

How do I pick the right size?

We recommend checking the size guide on each product page before placing your order. If you are between sizes, you can size up for a more comfortable fit.

What is the difference between Regular Fit and Oversized Fit?

Regular Fit follows standard T-shirt sizing. Oversized Fit has a relaxed, dropped-shoulder streetwear silhouette and feels roomier than a regular T-shirt.

Product & Care

What material are Garrari T-shirts made of?

Garrari T-shirts are made from 100% cotton. Product-specific details are also mentioned on each product page.

How should I wash my T-shirt?

Machine wash in cold water. Do not iron directly on the print. Do not bleach. For longer print life, wash inside out and dry in shade.

Are the T-shirt colors exactly the same as shown in the photos?

We try our best to show product colors as accurately as possible. However, slight color differences may occur due to screen brightness, lighting, or photography.

Are your products Made in India?

Yes, Garrari products are proudly Made in India.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer a 3-day window from the date of delivery to raise a return, refund, or exchange request. All requests are subject to review and approval. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in their original packaging.

How do I raise a return or exchange request?

Can I exchange my order for a different size?

Size exchanges are accepted only on eligible products and are subject to review and approval.

Which products are not eligible for size exchange, return, or refund?

Custom products, concert/artist merchandise, artist-based designs, and occasion-specific or made-to-order T-shirts are not eligible for size exchanges, returns, or refunds.

Who pays the return shipping charges?

For approved returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for shipping the product back to us. Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.

When will my refund or exchange be processed?

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it. If everything is in proper condition and the request is approved, we will process the refund or exchange. Approved refunds are usually initiated within 5–7 business days after approval.

Do you accept bulk or customised orders?
